I just purchased a JLC Night/Day Reverso in 18K white gold and I must say its beautiful. Although the watch is no longer being manufactured, I could not resist buying it due to how it looked and the price. I wanted to start purchasing watches from companies that manufacture their own in house movements and I thought JLC would be a good place to start. My interest in watches started three years ago when a friend of mine sent me a 3 year subscription to the Robb Report. After viewing the 1st three issues my addiction to watches became apparent. My collection so far is three Dubey and Schaldenbrand (18k Aerodyn Grand Date,18k Vintage Caprice,SS Vintage Caprice )Maurice Lacroix (18K Masterpiece Flyback Annuaire) Gerald Genta (SS Arena Sport) Xemex (18K Avenue) and an Ebel (SS and 18K Classic wave). I have six watch winders keeping everything current. The JLC watch is my 1st manual winding watch and I was told to wind it every day until I start to feel some resistance from the crown. Also I notice that the day of the week indicator (located between 11 and 12) changes to the next day between 11:15 and 11:30 pm each day. I called JLC and asked if that was normal and they replied with a yes. I will look forward to reading future postings on TimeZone. Thanks, Mark
