I've just acquired a movement marked as a JLC 832. However, google shows no info on such a calibre.
It is a small automatic, probably from a "ladys" watch. While the signature is similar to other modern JLCs, the overall finish is quite plain - no fancy machining of bridges and an interesting mix of blued and unblued screws.
Does anyone know where it came from or is it a clever fake?
I'm not very familar with Le Coultre (my only other movement is a tiny rectangular movement co-signed A Le Coultre & Blancpain, which I also have no information on), so please excuse the possibly dumb question.
Thanks!
