Because at the end of the day it does not fulfill my criteria. But, the price makes it so tempting! The Deep Seas were here, but i was too caught up in the Reversos that i completely missed it! Plus it was an automatic and i guess that did it for me! Than...

It still features on their website: http://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/ao/en/watches/reverso-complication/reverso-grande-sun-moon It was incredibly difficult to find - no AD's had it in the entire island of Singapore - so I would believe it was out of produc...
