Philosophically dfferent but functionally the same

Diver's bezel (count-up) measures how much time since you started from a defined beginning  (i.e. I have enough air in the tank for one hour starting...now.).
Countdown bezel measures how much time you have left to a defined endpoint (i.e., I have only one hour of air left in the tank).
Functionally the same; philosophically different.

assuming it rotates?? If it does and if I remember correctly I believe you can track a second time zone with it. Remembering correctly really comes into play here
