More problems with my Navy Seals Alarm

Dec 09, 2014,10:31 AM

Hello all,

Has anybody else had problems with their NSA or the 956 movement in other models?

My alarm has just broken through no fault of my own, and would you believe it... the guarantee ran out yesterday.

The alarm was set to go off at 6pm, it rang for about two seconds then stopped. Now when I try to wind the alarm it just keeps winding and winding without any stopping point.

The watch had already been back to JLC once with a number of problems, hence why I got a further two years worth of guarantee. I just can't believe this has gone wrong the day after the guarantee ran out.

I'm so cheese off right now.

can't believe your lack of luck, and that you had a problem with the Cal 956.

I massively use this Calibre in the TT DSA, TT Polaris and NSA, and, like many others here, never had a problem... I am pretty sure your AD will fix that for you... Keep us posted! Best, Nicolas

Hi Nicolas, It seems I have very bad luck with this model. Do you know if they have a watchmaker on site at the London boutique or will it have to go back to Le Sentier? kindest regards Bretta

Sorry to hear that Bretta ...

... Your experience with the London boutique interests me as my MUT runs slightly too fast and I'd like it to be readjusted without having to sent it all the way to Switzerland. Please post here your feedback! Thanks in advance, Best regards, Etienne from...
