Master RDM ref.148804 - few questions

Hello,

I'm considering getting a new RDM from AD, but the few AD around here don't have a piece with the new caliber in stock, so I have few Qs which I hope you can help with.

1)How big the watch is, is it the same size as the old one (140.840), or is it bigger

2)What's the caliber indside? Is it a 975 derivative, or it's 889/2 with a freesprung balance and ceramic bearing on the rotor. I'm a little puzzled here b/c AFAIR 889 and 975 have different OD and probably don't fit in the same case. From the tiny pic on the official website though I can only tell that the balance has a cock (as in 889) and not a bridge as in 975, and I think I see the rocker of the bi-directional winding...

3)Any idea what the lead time could be (price is another issue), and is there a chance to get a black dial with the new caliber anytime soon.
