... was so tempted to get a watch as a birthday present that evening, but was rushing back home as my family was waiting for me to celebrate second part of my birthday!!! btw, i saw the same model as your PuristS Chopard Chrono in Singapore Chopard Boutiq...

pitch and speed sound great on the JLC. I really prefer the slower chimes than the faster chime rates that so many other MR have. BUT my favorite has to be the cathedral gongs from Patek...

Agree the slower chimes are nicer to appreciate. Pitch wise it is hard to beat PP! Cheers Robin
