Do a search using " Polaris " keyword, and you will have a lot to read about the watch, and the noise. All is normal, it is due to the ceramic balls bearing used for the rotor, and to the alarm gong. Best, Nicolas

I have seen the luminous dial referred to as 'the wrong dial' why is that? I prefer the full luminous dial and see it as a useful feature. Not sure why JLC didn't do them all like that.
