i think the price is quite justified since the watch is very limited edition and audible complications are very expensive as well.
Consider that a grand sonnerie of a top watch company costs around one million .
Now concerning the complications, i think is unclear how we should count them. What is a complication? A function? an indication? A safety feature?Or eventually every patent inside a watch mechanism. I REALLY don t know!

Complications are not all of equal value. I mean , a watch with date indication and another with minute repeater , have both one complication (but quite different price off course) Reverso cal 185 is definitely the most complicated.
