Any experience with JLC service?

I have been getting the run around on a simple fix on my JLC such that it is now out of its warranty period by several months.  Anyone have similar experience?  Emails inquiries take weeks to respond...still have not heard back on my last inquiry and it has been about a month now.

if not contact boutique and deal thru them if not getting a response.. if already sent then just gotta sit back and relax... itl come back when its done ;-)
