you are right on the moonphase..it doesn't bother me that much
so not sure if I would jump into the repair / service. I am not happy about their service/movement. 1500 Swiss Francs+ (1600US$) and a 16 weeks delay for my brother. I understand that watches might need to be serviced but this is clearly an issue with the movement and the short 2 years warranty when we bought them doesn't help. Now that I know that JLC/IWC share the same perpetual module I will certainly steer clear and not recommend them.

I have heard of others who have said the PC is a pain. I think the side of the mechanism that's not talked about being so simple to use, is that when it does slip up, you can't do anything to adjust it. It has to go back.
