Yes, you are right.
Fitting a propietary movement into the Aquatimer will immediately make it's price jump to a whole other level.
Just wondering since I am on the market for a sport chrono and this one, plus other 2 or three options (all made in house by their respective manufactures) are the ones that appeal most to me.
Only time will tell...Maybe by January in the SIHH there will be surprises.

Even if I doubt of it... The Aquatimer is a more affordable watch than the Aquatimer, so the movements may be different, but, as I said, who can predict what will be the future movements??? Best! Nicolas
