Movements I saw posted on the IWC Forum in 2014-15 when I participated were, if from closed cases, given the barest of finishing.

Even their “Manufacture” movements. The only movements that had any degree of high quality work on them were in the Portuguese family.
Having said that, I was not very familiar with the Portofinos; so they may have been above standard.
