IWC

Kurt Klaus is one of the best.

A genius.

I loved this watch from the moment I bought the first generation (a regular PC chrono in white gold) which was a milestone in watchmaking in these days. And also a symbol of the rebellion of the watch industry in the quartz crisis.

Some years later I sold the watch because I couldn't read the dial very well (case size 39mm) and suddenly didn’t like the design anymore.

A crazy decision that made me feel extremely sorry shortly after the sale.

Meanwhile I appreciate this extraordinary design (especially that of the second generation which I feel has a much better readability) and also the incredibly clever technology behind it. This watch is different from all other watches.

And: it is timeless!

Best
