Hmmm, all the talk about watches made me a hungry man that night

Let me supplement Jia Xian's excellent report with some of mine. What would such a delightful be without mention of the delectable and most excellent dinner that night.
The theme of the crossing was well carried into the menu. The selection of items was well thought out and most appropriate.
The menu
Starter: Seared Boston Scallops with Pancetta and Leeks
Soup: New England Clam Chowder
Main: US Angus Tenderloin with Terrine of Roasted Vegetables and Russet Potato (pardon me, it looked so delicious that I started on it before I realized I've not taken a shot of it!)
Desert: All American Chocolate and Vanilla Ripple Cheesecake
Yummmmmyyyyy!!! Thanks again to the whole IWC team of Andreas, Mike, Connie and Vivian. Kudos to you for organizing such a detailed event.
