Schaffhausen, 27 June 2022 – After launching its new TOP GUN collection at Watches and Wonders in spring, IWC Schaffhausen continues to bring refreshing new colours to the wrist. The Swiss luxury watch manufacturer proudly presents a new version of the Big Pilot’s Watch 43 in a stainless steel case with a “racing green” dial and matching rubber straps. The brand is also introducing a new selection of colourful rubber straps. Thanks to the EasX-CHANGE® system, they can be fitted on many of IWC’s Pilot’s Watches, bringing more versatility to the collection than ever before.

2022 is a year of colour for IWC Schaffhausen. In April, the Swiss luxury watch manufacture launched its “Colors of TOP GUN” collection with chronographs in striking green and white ceramic. Now, IWC reveals the new Big Pilot’s Watch 43 (Ref. IW329306). This Big Pilot’s Watch impresses with a green dial and a matching rubber strap. The unique shade of green is inspired by the “racing green” hue used to paint British racing cars since 1903. Rhodium-plated hands with luminescence make the dial easier to read at night. The timepiece is powered by the IWC-manufactured 82100 calibre movement, featuring Pellaton winding with ceramic components and a power reserve of 60 hours.

In addition, IWC is introducing a carefully curated selection of coloured rubber straps. These exceptionally durable straps which can be worn in any situation will be available in ten colours: black, blue, red, brown, yellow, green, grey, orange, light blue and olive green.

The new coloured rubber straps also feature IWC’s EasX-CHANGE® system, meaning that they can be fitted on most IWC Pilot’s Watches with this system, turning these timepieces into the perfect summer companion – whether for a quick swim in the sea or when relaxing poolside during your holidays.

The new Big Pilot’s Watch 43 will be available from June 2022 exclusively online at IWC.com and in IWC boutiques. The timepiece is eligible for registration under the My IWC care program and benefits from a 6-year extension to the standard 2-year International Limited Warranty. The new rubber straps will be available from summer 2022 on IWC.com and in IWC boutiques.
