Van Der Klaauw Eclipse or V. Halter Goldpfeil Jumping Hour

I'm considering purchasing either the Christiaan Van Der Klaauw Eclipse or the Goldpfeil Jumping Hour / Moonphase watch created by Vianney Halter. I have fallen for both of them, different as they might be.

My initial sense is that the V. Halter is a significantly more difficult watch to produce, and I like the fact that the movement is created almost entirely by Mr. Halter himself. The Van Der Klaauw, on the other hand, is less expensive than the Goldpfeil and the beauty of the watch is a bit easier to grasp (however the movement is a standard ETA). The Halter takes a bit more work to appreciate, but it's grown on me over the past year.

I've never asked for this type of assistance before, but I go back and forth by the day.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Darren
