Laurent Ferrier Origin Opaline has arrived

This is the Laurent Ferrier Origin Opaline, which I just collected last week. It was produced in honor of LF's 10th anniversary as an independent watchmaker. The dial immediately captivated me when I saw the first images of it earlier in the year. I had been looking for a time-only, classic piece that would likely age well through my life. This watch combines the LF design elements I have always loved, while adding visual highlights like the burgundy numerals, light-grey crosshair, and railroad-style minute track. This one was love at first sight, and even more impressive in person. The watch has a new LF manual-wind caliber, and titanium case. It wears smaller than 40mm in my opinion, and feels incredible on the wrist.
