Kari finishing Vs DeBethune finishing. Which do you find more appealing?
Both have their finishing specializations. So I love both.
DB is great with titanium craftsmanship, mirror polishing, heating..etc, you name it. Kari is great with guilloche and general finishing and anglage of all sorts.
Not sure why more don't go with...

been thinking selling most of my collection and have just a few. thought would be a vout to one kid and 5131 to the other. i remember flipping through my uncles wristwatch annual probably 10 years ago and loving the voutilainen look before i knew anything...

I love the glow of the movement there!! If you don't mind checking, can you tell me what's the finishing right between the main 1/2 bridge and the next step bridge..I am asking because that area on mine is with perlage when the rest of the movement is fro...
personally I think his movement is convincingly better so one can wear the timepiece with movement facing out !
