It isn't getting much wrist-time (as it perhaps should). The date on the watch in this pic is the last time I wore it. That probably has got something to do with the case. Too plain? Maybe the entire watch is a bit to classical for my current taste. Over time it might prove to be better to my liking as I will get more classical as well :-(
It was the complication that made me acquire this watch. Simply amazing. I will be over 60 before I see Saturn complete 1 orbit around the sun as it takes just over 29 years to do so.

Maybe the Christiaan van der Klaauw brand will get more (commercial) recognition in the world since their cooperation with Van Kleef & Arpels? Might help them getting a bit more international attention.

I always admired Mr van der Klaauw's creations...
and I sincerely hope that the VCA watch gives him more (deserved) recognition that he got in the past. Particularly since he celebrates the 40th anniversary of his company this year! Wonderful watch, thanks for sharing! Magnus
