A little more about Anonimo

I have met and talked with the owner the last two years at the JCK show. There aren't many small independents there, so I was intrigued to see this small new brand in 2000. The owner is passionate about watches - has his own stylistic vision - and makes some watches which are pretty unconventional. The Yacht Timer is one of them. Their movements are all nicely finished ETA's and he has worked with DD, and another company ( SOPROD perhaps ) to come up with some unique 'complications' and power reserve placements. The dials and cases are first rate. They recently bought a case manufacturer in Italy. I don't know if you noticed, but the WR rating on the first watch I posted is 100 ATM. Self winding Dubois Depraz on base ETA 2892-A2, 46 jewels.

Functions
Chronograph with minutes countdown thanks to hand positioned at dial centre; syncronized 24 hours auxiliary function, counter for chrono-hours at 6.

Watch case
Stainless steel satinated 42 mm case, screw secured back cover, screw secured crown, diversified pushpins where reset at 4 is screw secured, engraved bidirectional rotating bezel, curved sapphire glass

Water resistance
10 atm.

Dial
Black with luminescent markers, last 10 minutes red scale between 12 and 2, flags and signs to facilitate match racing countdown, luminescent blue hands for minutes and hours, red color for chrono-hands, reaching indicators at wind angles.

Watch band
In Kodiak treated calfskin, water resistance for more than 24 continous hours of immersion (laboratory test). Anonimo stainless steel buckle, supplied in two colors.

Black polished dial with arabic numbers and leafed steel-hands. Provided also with argent? soleil dial with black numbers.

Sea water resitant watch band in Kodiak calfskin. Original Anonimo stainless steel buckle.

Watch Case
43,40 mm. diameter, AISI316 Plus sanded stainless steel watch case; screw secured bezel and screw secured back cover. Special crown in a protected position at 6, blocked by special tool watch band integrated. Upper sapphire convex glass.

Water resistance
12 ATM.

Dial
Great dimensions, high thickness dial; milled hours indexes, treated with luminescent material for the best day and night visibility. 24 hours concentric indication at 12 on specific scale for military use (from 00.00, 00.01 etc. up to 24.00). "Baton" hands and leaf shaped hands for small seconds with luminescent treatment.

Watch Band
Manufactured in Kodiak calfskin (patented) for long lasting sea-water immersions (more than 24 continous hours). Anonimo stainless steel buckle.
