I got some good pictures today from Urwerk showing the making of the bracelet for the UR-202S. It has been a wish of Martin Frei to make a metal bracelet for many years, but it is just this year that they decided to go for it. They gave the order to Maspo...  

I would love tro visit a place like that and get to understand the entire process related to manufacturing a steel bracelet. Thanks for sharing. Regards, George

I had envisioned the UR-202 with a metal bracelet even before we made the Alligator strap. Technically therefor the Leather strap is rather shaped after the metal band, and not the other way around. Finally they both have to fit to the shape of the watch ...
