A bit to close but my arms not long enough I prefer 42mm more for my eyes than wrist but have no issues with the size. ...
I was of a similar view initially but the more I've seen them, and with the chance to see them in the metal I no longer think the same.
Also, I'm pretty sure you can custom order without the middle lug.
