Looks like one of the original batches of PSM watches. Beautiful engraved dial. To me, the 38mm was the sweet spot. Had two from early 2000's and I miss them!

Thank you Kevin! That is actually the gold hand engraved dial. The movement is not gold but a modified ETA movement, I believe.
