I have a depressing story on the vintage Breguet Type XX..
In 1994, I came across one in the Garde Temps boutique in Galerie Vivienne in Paris (Nico would know this place). I gave my credit card to purchase it, but the owner noticed the watch was faulty and cancelled the deal….
To this day, I am still sad about this mishap 😢
