I owned this watch for about two years

I was very much impressed when it was first released and bought it soon after. Everything is laid bare, you can follow every gear and pinion to understand exactly how the watch works. I particularly enjoyed the way the dual-barrel mechanism is being wound.

At reasonable 41mm (many Arnold and Son watches are much bigger) it lends itself well for office use. Daytime legibility is not a concern in real life (it may appear so in some pictures) since a tiny twist of the wrist will catch the light and reflect off the polished surface of the hands.

Considering the unique movement, the decent finishing and the price, the watch is very good value and I was surprised that it wasn't more popular. Overall I enjoyed my time with it, let me know if you have any specific questions.

I found myself in a position of having too many watches and forced myself to begin parting with some of them to be able to justify new additions. I like wearing my watches for a few days or a week at a time, and hate to see them staying in the box unworn ...

This is a good-looking watch

And reasonably priced, from what I’ve read. Another similar combination of features and style can be found in some watches by Armin Strom. I don’t own one but had a weekend trial a couple years ago. COMPLETE ARTICLE HERE Cazalea ...

This brand is pretty good.

I like this brand too and have a few like golden wheel and dstb. My suggestion is if you really like it, try to find the best price. This brand is hard to keep value and the price in some countries is very high compare to HK or UAE. Also, for the skeleton...

The zenith skeletonize El Primero should fit by Bill as well.

A&S makes great iconic watches but just to young compare to other. Just IMO.
