Horological Meandering

I owned this watch for about two years

I was very much impressed when it was first released and bought it soon after. Everything is laid bare, you can follow every gear and pinion to understand exactly how the watch works. I particularly enjoyed the way the dual-barrel mechanism is being wound.

At reasonable 41mm (many Arnold and Son watches are much bigger) it lends itself well for office use. Daytime legibility is not a concern in real life (it may appear so in some pictures) since a tiny twist of the wrist will catch the light and reflect off the polished surface of the hands.

Considering the unique movement, the decent finishing and the price, the watch is very good value and I was surprised that it wasn't more popular. Overall I enjoyed my time with it, let me know if you have any specific questions.
