I like QUARTZ watches - well this one at least.

Nice thread and some great responses.
I think I share with most of us a general aversion to quartz. However every good rule has its exceptions.
And we have seen some excellent and very worthy examples of those exceptions among the replies.
I would like to share mine:

And other strictly not quartz, but since others have shown theirs, - Omega Geneve Tuning Fork f300Hz
