To send a PM (Private message) click on the members avatar

By clicking on the user Avatar you are presented with three choices.  Choose Send PM

Next a window will appear and you compose your message in the window. Then click "Send Message"                .

The person to whom the PM is sent will receive it in two places. You will receive it in your normal email.

And also on the site which will be indicated by the little head turning red in the right hand top corner menu.

When you click on the private message option you will arrive at your message list where you can reply. To reply click on the "Send reply" or click on the avatar.

Create your reply and send the message.

To delete a message simply click on the little trash can.
