Any Excenter timezone owners here?
Hi Bill,
I guess the dealer didnt quite know what they were selling 
. The excenter time-zone is a fine watch indeed and yes uses a Jaquet mouvement. I have personally visited the case and dial makers, and also have personally watched with my very own eyes how HW watches are made and assembled. It is therefore fair enough to say that they are watches of excellent quality. On top of that, I cant remember hearing any complaints on that watch. Do share some pictures of you decided to go ahead with the purchase. Good luck.
