The radio tower is located on Mt Titlis in the Bernese Alps.
Mt. Titlis itself is located in the canton of Obwalden. While I don't know of any watchmakers in Obwalden, the canton of Bern is nearby and home to Beat Haldimann in Thun, "the city of the alps" - providing gateway to the Bernese Alps. Mt. Titlis is famous for the world's first rotating cable car, perhaps this is a clue? Also, I believe the truck in the picture is a Nissan Frontier, not sure if this is of any importance? Hope my guesses aren't totally off the mark.
