keeping watches in good condition, that's why the regular service must not be neglected.

Did you set the alarm for service? LOL

Senator Diary is a complicated watch, how long did you use it before service?

maybe i should set a reminder for the day i plan to send it in...

coming to 5 years. so i think it deserves a good clean.

Curious how long servicing is for Go

Sent mine to the California service center two weeks ago haven't heard anything yet.

Depends on the caliber and if the local service center is allowed

My local swatch service center is no longer allowed to service GO. So it has to be sent to the nearest qualified service center in Hong Kong. The more complicated calibres have to be sent to Glashutte

Just got a response from the California center

Took about two weeks to get the estimate

Did it match the estimated prices published by swatch

www.sguscustomerservice.com Are they servicing it in California or sending it to new Jersey? Or glashutte?

It doesn't say anything about it going anywhere, price was the same

$595, plus $40 tax $40 shipping. Only bummer is ETA end of the year

Judging from tax rate and shipping probably headed to NJ

Good to know they kept the price the same as the 2019 service price list despite inflation. Then again EUR has fallen significantly against USD

It's return shipping fee, I'm guessing a flat fee

My tax rate is 7.25 too, so it was $43 to be exact. The status bullet points don't mention anything about transfer to NJ. Im happy with the pricing, though not the 5 month ETA
