Depends on the caliber and if the local service center is allowed
My local swatch service center is no longer allowed to service GO. So it has to be sent to the nearest qualified service center in Hong Kong. The more complicated calibres have to be sent to Glashutte
Just got a response from the California center
Took about two weeks to get the estimate
Did it match the estimated prices published by swatch

It doesn't say anything about it going anywhere, price was the same
$595, plus $40 tax $40 shipping. Only bummer is ETA end of the year

Good to know they kept the price the same as the 2019 service price list despite inflation. Then again EUR has fallen significantly against USD
It's return shipping fee, I'm guessing a flat fee
My tax rate is 7.25 too, so it was $43 to be exact. The status bullet points don't mention anything about transfer to NJ. Im happy with the pricing, though not the 5 month ETA
