Girard Perregaux

Way cool! Thanks!

Hi Peter,

oh, that´s very nice! Thank you very much!

Admittedly, my personal favorite still is the Three Bridges smile
But the "Flying Tourbillon" Sea Hawk Pro is a real stunner (and a big piece, literally)!
The carbon dial really adds a different and somehow inexpected look; the whole piece simply is big fun and different from anything around. Not just a dive watch and not just a tourby, but less "flashy" than it may appear on first sight.

I found the printing of the prototype not to be as nice as later production units; but as with all prototypes or preliminary versions, details are subject to later changes. If you had a chance to see the first units of the Vintage1966, it´s been apparent from the hour markers!
Which may show GP is really passionate about what they are doing and cares a great deal on such details.

You´re lucky to see a GGYC (the 1.000m Sea Hawk in steel) smile

I´m looking forward for the pocket watch!
The paper sheet in the left area is promising smile

And of course looking forward to see you in the watch fairs!

Cheers,

Peter
