That?s a reference 4910, as indicated on the back.
It?s most likely a 49101.0.56.1061, which was made in the 1990?s; a rough guess would be 1994 (give/add one year).
It comes with a module chronograph movement, based on the ETA 2892 which was finished and tuned by hand.
