More impressions of the "Black Beauty" R&D 01 for Chronopassion

you may find some more views of the black R&D 01 interesting, which is exclusively crafted for Chronopassion (and i may add, visiting L.P.?s premises is a great experience - you?re likely to see an assortment of special pieces like in no other place of the world).

So let?s burn some bandwidth; still a prototype, but apart from the "black gold" coated movement it?s the final version:

I find the black R&D to be a nice and interesting addition; the fact it?s a "left-hand" chrono already sets the R&D 01 apart from others and all the nice details of the regular, such as the special screws to attach the back and the central minute counter, are featured with this l.e. either. The black makes for a bold look, which is underlined by the completely new and more aggressive numerals.

PVD coating offers a variety of practical benefits, in that it?s a long-lasting treatment and minimizes friction and wear. So it?s not just nice to look at, but makes for a very nice daily wear.

Kudos to GP and Laurent Picciotto/Chronopassion on creating a very nice piece!
