Girard-Perregaux Richeville 2520, some fresh shots

The modern Richeville line is mostly associated with a Tonneau case, but very early in the 90ies, the modern Richeville started as a rectangular watch and the 2520 for me is still one of the finest rectangular watches from GP.
Very different than the Vintage 45, but non-the-less very convincing.
I will come back to modern GP Richeville's in due course with a more elaborate post and review but for now, enjoy some fresh shots of the black dial 2520.

WG case? There is just something that looks and feels different from SS.
And the strap is nice, too. I rarely see a "triple stitching" style strap.
It's a steel case, perhaps the light is deceiving you
however, this model was also available in WG.

in fact, I had another perfect strap for this watch but then I decided to put that strap on another GP and cannot find a second one. This one is okay, but has a 14mm buckle instead of the original 16mm.
