I bought it at a local auction, with lots of old watchmakers tools. Mainly lathes and tools for clocks, but some wristwatch tools aswell. I was the only bidder on this, strangely enough! I also got a very old Bergeon case-opener tool, useless today but very pretty 
This GP tool is meant to be put in a vice and to fit glasses onto GP watches. Its unmarked though so I guess it was never used. It is in metal and the dies are plastic with metal thread-tubes, high quality.
Came across a little GP gem...
and just had to have it! It's in mint condition, looks like it was never used, and complete too! Must be from the 50s or 60s ? Will look good in a display cabinet, just need to get a GP watch to go with it, going to look for something vintage!...
