Gyozas are delicious!  What kind of filling was in it?  Steak looks great too.  How was the lobster?

is not done the Western way: in to the boiling water alive. In Asia it is more elegant and "human": the lobster is put in ice cold water first to loose consciousness. Clever! As many mentioned: that beef ... the cow must have had a very relaxed life ! Bes...
