My Resonance is back!
It had to make a trip to Journe to have the "winding mechanism recall" work done. It just came back: fixed, serviced, polished and looking brand new...and all for no charge. Not only that, it was only gone for a coupole of months, which is a fast turnaround for the watch industry. Communication from Journe was good at all stages.
I'm very pleased to have it back, and my thanks to FP Journe for their excellent customer service.
By the way...I wound and set it when it arrived Tuesday and the seconds are still in perfect synchronisation right now, four days later!
