Looking for thoughts on FP Journe Quantieme Perpetuel
I am considering this watch or a patek 5940g. While I understand that the decision comes down to my personal preference I am interested to read what others consider the pros and cons of the two. I own watches by both manufacturers including a Patek 3940 perpetual. I appreciate any thoughts

The 5940 is at the top of my list...
...although I prefer it in yellow gold. I think the case shape is different enough from the 3940 to justify purchasing, especially if it\'s a different metal. You can\'t go wrong, but the 5940 is damn near perfect. Good luck...post pix.

I absolutely love the simple and clear way in which the relevant PC information is displayed, along with the cleverly hidden small hand for leap years. I tried it on and it fits perfectly. But, I am still waiting to pull the trigger and am a bit hesitant ...

I got luck and my AD offered me a great deal on both. Already picked up the 5940 and the Journe will take about 5-6 months. I think that I will be very happy with both. Best
