Emotional connection
Most of the Pateks I have owned in my time have come and gone. They're beautiful pieces, but just watches. My Journe is something more, I wear is mostly every day and I never tire of looking at it. There's a magic to the brand that somehow transcends the physical embodiment of the piece of platinum on my wrist. An emotional connection that I don't feel with other brands. FPJ's personal response to this thread just fuels that feeling further.
Does the fact FP Journe being essenatilly a one man show worry anyone?
I truely love this brand and have watched it closely over the last few years. I am nearing the point at which I could buy one, but the only thing that slightly concerns me, is what happens when Mr Journe stops making watches for whatever reason? IMHO this...
