I'm all for wearing your watch, but I am not careful enough. In short time I would grab a barbell and put a nice gouge into a lug or crystal.

The issue with wearing a watch working out was more the weight of the watch, it moving on the wrist etc.
With the CTS weight is not an issue, and by extension without any meaningful weight it moving around a little doesn’t bother me either. If I had an RM I think I’d wear it working out too.

I remember hearing a story about this lady who had this beautiful set of bone China plates but because of how beautiufl they were, she did not use them at all, not even once. So they remained in their box and then her house caught on fire and she regrette...
