CS delivered from dec05-april06. the number of the back case range from late 100's to mid 200's consistantly in ascending order...so i think it may be lower at 200+ pieces a year or something. that was then though

Yes, steve is right. Even if FPJ turns out as many as 800 watches (and I expect it may be less), and half of these are CS, this makes only 400 CS globally. With 50 points of sale, that is on average only 8 per AD per year. Now, with a Tokyo Boutique that ...
