The Rusty Beauty:
Its heart, the Cal 476, was born in 1946 and was the first automatic movement from the Grande Maison.
Its dimensions: 27, 12 mm big, 6, 15 mm high.
As you can see on the pictures below, the automatic movement is a bumper.
The finish is gilt, and, even if not breathtaking, it is still pleasant to see.
Beating at 18 000 vibrations per hour, you have to know that this very same movement was used in some... Chronometers from the Grande Maison under the specification P 476 / 3, but that is another story I will have to tell you, later in this year.
