Will JLC do a custom dial like this?
On August 30, 2003 I sent an email to Girard-Perregaux mentioning that i was interested in a ww.tc but I would like the city ring modified. I wanted to replace "Cairo" with "Jerusalem". Within 72 hours i got a positive response. In the end, I decided not to go with the ww.tc, but a friend loved the idea so much that he had his done
Well, this past week I bought a Master compressor Geographic... I LOVE IT!
A week has gone by since I spoke to customer service at JLC North America in NYC. I even sent them copies of the correspondence with GP and pictures of my friend's watch. I have not heard back from them. Yesterday, I emailed directly to LE SENTIER, hoping that they will be more responsive. I hope thatthey will be as accomodating as GP was.
Does anyone here have any experience with JLC and custom work?
Any bets if they will do it?
