Why are Breguet Perpetuals so......
inexpensive (relatively speaking). The street price of a ref. 3040 is less than half that of a Patek 3940. They are both very attractive designs, and we all know the reputation of the 240 movement in the PP. Are the Breguets really constructed that much less skillfully than Patek or is it just marketing and what the traffic will bear? Would love to hear some opinions........m
