Who Knows about the R818/C
Greetings,
I'm wondering if any of JLC sages can tell me something about the JLC calibre R818C I have a nice 18K slim dress watch and I'm interested in the 'engine'.
Also as a collector and not an horologist, I'm curious as to the purpose of a screw on the back case that opens to what looks like one of those 1970s pin date adjusters.
Hoping that someone can elevate me from such appalling ognorance.
