That's the Panerai PAM277 which is a 2007 limited edition piece

44mm rose gold 1950 Luminor Monopusher GMT and uses the P.2004 movement. Same watch as the PAM275 but with a blue dial. Cheers, Anthony

monopulsante?
By: pv45 : February 18th, 2009-06:53
I own a 277 but the dial reads 'Luminor Panerai GMT', not 'monopulsante'. Is it genuine?

The watch looks genuine from what I can see
By: AnthonyTsai : February 18th, 2009-14:25
Maybe the pictured watch is an early prototype? And later on the dial got switched to "GMT" instead? That's the only other possiblitiy I can think of, assuming the watch is legit. Cheers, Anthony

I thought the dial should be GMT instead of Monopulsante
