You're right, the Classique is a bit small in modern standard ...
... but in term of pure engineering, smaller is more difficult but gets more praise once achieved !! :-)
I like the look of number one best too
The white ring is really different in allowing a circle to sit in the rectangle prominently. Then the combo of the central seconds, which is very visible, compared to number two. Of course one and two and black are my downfall. I really would like to see ...
That is this big inner ring which made me fall for it.
As for a new Reverso with a central second, yes, that would be great! It misses to the collection, I think. Let's see if JLC plans that! Nicolas
