Vintage PP Advice
Hi everyone,
I do not know anything about watches and I have inherited this Patek Philippe pocket watch, which is around 100 years old.
Case number 600299 / Movement 187969
The dial is mint, but the case has some noticeable wear on it. All the parts are original and it works fine.
I seek some more information about this watch, I personally cant even recognise what the case is made of (forgive the ignorance...)
What is the better method of selling this honorable watch? Using an auction or sending it to a watch dealer?
Does anybody know approximately how much a watch like this is worth these days?
Would appreciate opinions...thoughs...hatemails
